Terms of Service

You must be of legal age to use cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction and be legally permitted to participate in skill-based online games where you live. The Game is not available where prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.

PuzzleMeme is a non-custodial application. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet funds. To play, you connect a Solana-compatible wallet (such as Phantom or Solflare) and hold the required amount of the PUZZLE token. Losing access to your wallet means losing access to any associated rewards.

Rewards are credited to your in-game balance only when a puzzle is completed before the timer expires, at the rate listed for the chosen difficulty. Reward balances may be withdrawn once they reach the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the app. We may adjust reward rates, difficulty parameters, timers, and thresholds at any time to keep the Game fair and sustainable.

You agree not to exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use bots or scripts, farm rewards across multiple wallets you control, or otherwise abuse the Game. We may invalidate rewards, restrict access, or disqualify wallets that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse.

The PUZZLE token and any rewards are utility items within the Game and are not offered as investments. Token values can fluctuate or reach zero. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You accept all risks of using crypto wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized networks.

The Game, its branding, artwork, code, and content are owned by us or our licensors and provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
